💌 Order Cancellations

Change of heart? No worries.
You may cancel your order within 48 hours of purchase by emailing us at hello@pomiandplanet.com. Once confirmed, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Quick, easy, and waste-free 🍃


📦 Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the purchase date.
After 30 days, we’re unable to accept returns or issue refunds — thank you for understanding.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In brand-new, unused condition

  • In original, undamaged packaging

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

🌱 Please do not send returns back to the product manufacturer — we’ll guide you instead!


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

For hygienic and safety reasons, we can’t accept returns on:

  • Opened personal care or wellness items

  • Any item marked as final sale


🍂 Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

We may offer partial refunds in the following cases:

  • The item shows signs of use

  • It's damaged or missing parts (not due to our error)

  • It’s returned after the 30-day window


💳 Refunds (If Approved)

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow a few business days for your bank to process it — they’re sometimes slower than we are 🌾


⏳ Missing Refund?

If you haven’t seen your refund after a few days:

  1. Double-check your bank account

  2. Contact your credit card provider

  3. Speak with your bank — some may take extra time to release the funds

❌ Sale Items

Items purchased on sale or marked "final sale" are non-refundable. Thanks for supporting our mission and mindful pricing 🌍


💔 Damaged or Defective Products

If your item arrived damaged or defective, please contact us at hello@pomiandplanet.com within 72 hours of delivery. We’ll do our best to repair, replace, or refund — always with integrity and care 🌸


🎁 Gift Returns

If the item was sent directly to you as a gift, you’ll receive store credit for the value of your return. Once the item is received, we’ll email you a digital gift card.

If the gift was shipped to the purchaser, refunds will go to them directly.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • For returns valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping method or adding insurance for safety
